How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and delivery takes 8–10 working days after that. Everything is made by hand, so a large order can take a little longer — we will tell you if it does.
What does delivery cost?
Nothing — delivery is included in the price shown on every product, anywhere in India.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No. Every order is paid online through Razorpay, by UPI, card or net banking.
Can I return something?
Yes — tell us within 24 hours of delivery, as long as the piece is unused and in the condition it arrived in. The full rules are on the returns page. Custom-made pieces are the exception, since they cannot be resold.
Do you make custom pieces?
Often, yes — a colour change, a size, a set for a wedding or a bouquet to match an outfit. Message us on WhatsApp at 8511261508 with what you have in mind and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible and how long it will take.
Are the colours exactly as shown?
The photographs are of the actual pieces, taken in daylight, so they are close. Yarn arrives in dye lots, though, so a colour can shift very slightly between batches. Anything more than slight, we tell you before sending.
How do I wash and keep crochet?
Cold water, mild detergent, no wringing, dried flat. There is a longer guide on caring for crochet.
How does the referral programme work?
Create an account and you get a referral code. When a friend signs up with it and orders more than ₹500, you earn 20% of the product value. It becomes withdrawable 7 days after their order is delivered, and you can withdraw once you have ₹500.
