Making and dispatch

Every piece is crocheted by hand, most of them after you order. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. If something in your order needs longer than that, we message you rather than letting the order sit quietly.

Delivery time

Most orders reach you within 8–10 working days of being placed, making and posting included. That is the usual window rather than a guarantee — festival weeks and remote pincodes can add a day or two, and we message you if yours will.

Ahmedabad and the rest of Gujarat are usually quicker. Whatever applies to your pincode is shown before you pay.

Charges

Delivery is included in the price. Whatever a piece costs on its page is what you pay, anywhere in India — nothing is added at checkout.

Where we ship

Across India. We do not ship internationally at the moment; if you are abroad and want something, message us and we will tell you honestly whether it can be arranged.

Tracking

You will get the courier and tracking details by email and WhatsApp when your order is dispatched. Signed-in customers can also follow the progress under My Orders.

If a parcel does not arrive

Tell us. We will chase the courier ourselves and either recover the parcel or remake the order — you are not left to argue with a delivery company on your own.
