These terms cover orders placed on this website, run by Anzy Crochets, Ahmedabad. Placing an order means you accept them.

Products

Everything is handmade, so small variations in size, stitch and shade are normal and are not defects. Photographs are of the actual pieces. Yarn dye lots vary slightly between batches.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees.
• No tax is added to the prices shown.
• The price you are charged is calculated on our server at checkout from the current catalogue — what the order summary shows is what is taken.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received, or once a cash-on-delivery order is accepted by us. We may decline an order — a piece sold out between the page load and the payment, an address we cannot deliver to — and anything already paid is refunded in full.

Stock

Stock counts are what can actually be made and dispatched, not a warehouse figure. Stock is held against your order the moment it is placed, so two people cannot buy the same piece.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Referral programme

• A referrer earns 20% of the eligible product value on a referred order above ₹500.
• Earnings become withdrawable 7 days after the order is delivered, and can be withdrawn once they reach ₹500.
• Commission on a cancelled, returned or refunded order is reversed.
• Referring yourself, or creating accounts to refer yourself, cancels the earnings. We would rather say this plainly than police it quietly.
• Rates can change for future orders. A change never rewrites commission already recorded.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

Intellectual property

The photographs, designs and text on this site belong to Anzy Crochets. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking.

Liability

Our responsibility for an order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
