Privacy policy

This is a small handmade business, and the honest summary is: we keep what an order needs, and nothing else.

What we store

• To send your order: your name, mobile number, email and delivery address.
• If you make an account: the same details, plus your saved addresses, your wishlist, and your password — stored only as a bcrypt hash, never as text anyone can read.
• If you join the referral programme: your referral code, the orders it earned on, and the UPI or bank details you give us for payouts. Payout details are stored encrypted and shown back to you masked.
• If you write to us: your message and contact details, so we can reply.

What we do not store

Card numbers, UPI PINs and bank passwords never reach this website. Online payments are handled entirely by the payment gateway; we only ever see whether a payment succeeded.

Why we keep it

To make and deliver what you ordered, to raise an invoice, to answer you when you write, and to calculate referral earnings correctly. We do not sell your details to anybody, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

• The courier, who needs your name, address and phone number to deliver.
• The payment gateway, if you pay online.
• Our email provider, to send order and invoice mail.

Nobody else.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. Your cart lives in your own browser's storage, not on our server. There is no advertising or tracking pixel on this site.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax rules require. Everything else you can have deleted at any time by asking.

Your choices

You can see and correct your details under My Account, unsubscribe from the newsletter from any email it sends, and ask us to delete your account. Write to Mitanshithakkar51229@gmail.com and we will do it.
