About this piece
A golden-yellow sunflower with a deep maroon centre, two green leaves worked behind the petals, and a single pearl set on the cord either side of the flower.
The cord is red cotton, which is the traditional colour, and it ties rather than clasps so it fits any wrist and stays comfortable all day.
Our most-picked rakhi two years running — it photographs well, but more to the point it survives being worn.
